Traditional Sunday dinner with slow smoked prime rib dinner cooked to a perfect medium rare. We use the very best aged triple AAA Canadian beef. This seven bone wonder is seasoned a full 24 hours prior to the cook in our very own world championship steak rub. Cooked over fire at 250(f) for over 6 hours using cherry wood and maple charcoal. Each roast is slowly raised to an internal temperature of 135(f) when the beef is pink throughout. No gravy for this creation, we serve on the side our 24 hour cherry demi glaze. While this is not your mom’s pot roast, that is what we are inspired to live up to her very best.
