Our ribs are competition style that will pull from the bone clean, never overcooked fall off the bone. Of course our award winning roast pork, pulled to perfection accented with our Carolina vinegar sauce and Team Canada’s 1^st Place in the World – Canadian Spicy Maple Whisky BBQ Sauce.
